SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free DHL Express shipping on all orders throughout the EU. No minimum purchase required.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days via DHL Express. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Currently, we only ship to EU countries. We're working on expanding our shipping zones soon!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your package at dhl.com or directly through the link in your shipping confirmation email.
What if I'm not home when DHL delivers?
DHL will leave a notice with instructions. You can usually reschedule delivery, pick up at a nearby DHL service point, or authorize a safe drop-off location.
PRODUCT & SIZING
Are your sneakers 100% authentic?
Absolutely. Every pair is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors.
If for any reason our suppliers provide us with a non-authentic product and you happen to receive one, it will certainly be because of our failure to examine closely.
You will be immediately compensated upon return, no questions asked!
How do I know what size to order?
Check our detailed Size Guide which includes size charts for all major brands (Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Jordan, UGG, and more). Sizes vary by brand, so we recommend checking before ordering.
What if the shoes don't fit?
No problem! You have 14 days to return unworn items in original packaging for a full refund or exchange. See our Return Policy for details.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items in original condition with all tags and packaging. This is your right as an EU customer.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at info@kicksandaces.eu with your order number. We'll provide return instructions and a return address. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will go back to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs).
ORDERS & STOCK
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM (CET) typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Contact us immediately at info@kicksandaces.eu. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel or modify it. Once shipped, you'll need to refuse delivery or process a return.
What if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items are clearly marked on product pages. You can ask for a restock notification on the product page, to be alerted when items become available again.
Occasionally, there are simultaneous purchases on the same (last) item. You will be immediately notified using the contact information you provided, in case of such occurrence.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items restock regularly, while limited editions may not return. Follow us on our social media or join our newsletter for restock alerts.
